How to order the gift voucher: Simply place the desired gift voucher in the shopping cart and complete the order process. During the ordering process, you can select the voucher individually. Once payment has been received, you will automatically receive the voucher as a PDF by e-mail within 24 hours. The voucher can be printed out immediately or forwarded by e-mail. Please note that the voucher will only be sent by email on working days from Monday to Friday.
How does the recipient redeem the HELD gift voucher? The recipient adds the desired items to the shopping cart and enters the voucher code during the order process. The value of the voucher will be deducted from the total amount. Any remaining value remains as a credit. Please note: Vouchers are excluded from the right of return, can only be redeemed online and are not valid in the flagship store. Payment of the voucher value is not possible.
