Delivery times
You will usually receive the goods within 2-5 working days after receipt of payment.

All prices are inclusive of VAT plus shipping costs. The shipping costs are calculated as follows:
a) Shipping within Germany:

- free shipping: for orders with a value of goods of 250 € or more
b) Shipping to Austria
- Shipping costs: 10,00 €
- free of shipping costs: for an order with a value of goods of 250 € or more
c) Shipping to Luxembourg
- Shipping costs: 9,50 €
- free of shipping costs: for an order with a value of goods of 500 € or more
d) Shipping to Belgium
- Shipping costs: 9,50 €
- free of shipping costs: for an order with a value of goods of 500 € or more
e) Shipping to Denmark
- Shipping costs: 10,00 €
- free of shipping costs: for an order with a value of goods of 500 € or more
f) Shipping to the Netherlands
- Shipping costs: 9,50 €
- free of shipping costs: for an order with a value of goods of 500 € or more
g) Shipping to Italy
- Shipping costs: 14,60 €

h) Shipping to France
- Shipping costs: 14,60 €

i) Shipping to Spain
- Shipping costs: 21,00 €
- free of shipping costs: for an order with a value of goods of 500 € or more
j) Shipping to Andorra
- Shipping costs: 21,00 €

k) Shipping to Portugal
- Shipping costs: 21,00 €

Logistics partner:
- Within Germany we ship with DHL.
- Outside of Germany we ship with DPD.
Delivery tracking:
You can track where your parcel is at any moment using DPD and DHL delivery tracking. After we have shipped the goods to you, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us by e-mail. This contains your tracking number with which you can track your package.
